Terms of enrolling with our school:

When you enrol for lessons, you agree to abide by our school rules.

Conduct

Students and parents and instructors must conduct themselves in a respectful manner - any agressive, overly argumentative or hostile behaviour will not be accepted.

Students are responsible for attending the lesson the prearranged time, and payment for lessons. If you are old enough to get behind a wheel, you are responsible for the lessons (not mum or dad).

Students are responsible for ensuring they have their licence with them for the lesson (photographs of learner licences are not accepted by police, and will not be accepted by this school).

Students are required to be suitably able to do the lesson; if the student is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the lesson will immediately be cancelled, and full lesson fee is forfit.

Students are also responsible for being well rested, tired drivers make mistakes.

Any mental health issues must be disclosed at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in dangerous stiuations for both the learner and Instructor.

Any previous road traumas must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Learning to drive is a complex task, if a student is not able to follow the directions of the Instructor, then dangerous situations may arise.

We pride ourselves on our level of professionalism; we endeavor to always be on time - but, on occasion, circumstances may make us run late. If we are expecting to be late to your appointment by more than 5 minutes, you will receive notification - either SMS or a phone call (please have your phone handy before your lesson).

Lesson times are precious to our instructors and our students. It is important that we receive notification of any changes to your booking 48 hours before lesson time (so that we have opportunity to offer that time to others students).

Covid-19 lesson requirements

If there are restrictions or requirements for driving lessons, we will contact the student before the lesson.
